Force ads to play muted when the browser requires it

Your browser's ability to auto-play videos with sound may depend on your Chrome Media Engagement Index (MEI). To verify your MEI, you can enter the following in your Chrome address bar: chrome://media-engagement/

By default, if your MEI does not reach a certain threshold, the Brid player will autoplay videos with sound muted to maintain the autoplay experience. However, if you wish to override this behavior for any reason, you can disable this option for your player. In doing so, the player will render in a click-to-play mode with sound enabled by default.
