Skip video at # seconds

If enabled, will show a small form on the right side of the player where the viewer has a choice with two buttons to either stay on the video the user is watching or to skip to the next video in the playlist.

Furthermore, this form is on a 7 second timer where if there is no user interaction upon the player, it will automatically start the next video in the playlist and the whole process repeats.

If there is any user interaction upon the player before the form for skipping should appear, the form will not display at all.
