Don't stack midrolls when video is seeked

By default, ads that are bypassed during a seek event are stored and played once playback continues after seeking. Rather than ignoring these skipped midroll ads, they are accumulated and shown later.

When the Don't Stack Midrolls When Video Is Seeked option is activated, it ensures that no midroll ads that were bypassed during a seek event are played.
