What is the publish date/time used for?

If for any reason you add a video into Brid but do not want it to appear on your site until a specific date in the future, you can set the publish date in Brid to any date in the future. If this is done, the video will not appear in any of your dynamic feeds and will only be visible “outside” once the publish date is satisfied.

This way you can control when you want a video to appear to the public but enter it into Brid much earlier than needed to properly prepare your assets.

Note:

The publish time hour setting is synced to the GMT timezone so keep that in mind when setting a specific time when you want your video content to become available.
