I have updated a snapshot image for a video but cannot see it in the player.

First make sure to allow up to 20 minutes propagation time before you can see the change made. After that, clear your browsers cache. Press CTRL + F5 on Windows, or COMMAND + SHIFT + R on Mac OS and refresh your web page.
