You can create 6 types of user roles and each type has different permissions associated with a role.
ADMIN
Has access to:
- Videos
- Playlists
- Livestream
- Players
- Ad schedules
- Content Units
- Ad Units
- Video Carousels
- Ad Marketplace
- Analytics
- Users
- Channels
- Site settings
EDITOR
Has access to:
- Videos
- Playlists
- Livestream
- Players
- Content Units
- Ad Units
- Video Carousels
- Analytics
CONTENT EDITOR
Has access to:
- Videos
- Playlists
- Livestream
- Content Units
- Video Carousels
- Analytics
LIMITED EDITOR
Has access to:
- Videos
- Playlists
- Livestream
- Content Units
- Video Carousels
SPECIAL EDITOR
Has access to:
- Videos
- Playlists
- Livestream
- Players
- Content Units
- Ad Units
- Video Carousels
- Video Analytics
- Can add other special and limited editor user accounts
Does not have any access to analytics pertaining to ads.
CONTRIBUTOR
Has access to:
- Videos
- Playlists
- Players
- Analytics
Keep in mind that contributors have special permissions where they can only see and use players, videos, and playlists that they create.
