# Uploading Videos to CMS
## Upload videos to CMS using TargetVideo hosting.
If you opted for TargetVideo hosting solution, please follow these steps to upload a video:
1. Navigate to your **VIDEOS** section in TargetVideo Platform.
2. Click on the **ADD NEW** button.
3. Choose the **UPLOAD** **VIDEO** option and select the video you wish to upload.
4. Enter all necessary metadata (title, description etc.) while your video is being uploaded.
5. Stay on the page until the progress bar completely disappears.
6. Click **SAVE**.
7. Return to your **VIDEOS** section and allow some time before your video gets fully encoded.
Please note that this option is only available to users on our paid subscription plans. Users on the free plan will be redirected to our payment section.
**NOTE:** Our default upload limit is set to 5GB. Contact your account manager if you need more.
