Account Overage

Depending on your plan type, there are three main ways you can exceed your limits:

  1. You can exceed your allocated bandwidth limit.
  2. You can exceed your allocated ad impressions limit.
  3. You can exceed your encoding limit.

Usage can be easily tracked in your account details as well as in the Analytics section.

If you exceed your plan limits, an invoice will be generated in your billing section, where you can pay any outstanding fees.

NOTE: If your TargetVideo subscription is canceled and you exceed your plan limits, your account will be automatically suspended.
