Why doesn't autoplay work on my mobile device?

Before testing the autoplay functionality of pre-roll ads, we highly recommend testing a single video first to ensure autoplay is working correctly on your device. If it's not working, please refer to the following potential solutions.

  1. Chrome on Mobile: Chrome on mobile has a built-in data saver option that prevents media from autoplaying. If you're experiencing autoplay issues on mobile Chrome, make sure the data saver option is disabled in your Chrome browser settings.

  2. iOS Devices: iOS devices have a built-in feature called "Low Power Mode." When enabled, this mode disables autoplay for all media on the device. Make sure this option is turned off for proper autoplay behavior on your iOS device.
