This is a security measure to prevent tampering, which occurs when a user is idle on a specific form in our platform for a certain amount of time, depending on the form.

If this happens to you, try the following:

1. Reload the current page and retry your operation.
2. If step 1 doesn't work, log out of the CMS, log in again, and try again.
